Trash dealership - they didn't even know they had the vehicle. Couldn't find it, then the sticker price on the windshield was $7k more than what's listed online. They only went back and decided to "honor" the sticker price because i mentioned it didn't match car guru or their website. Only, they had 3 MANDATORY dealer add-ons which drove the price up another $3k plus tax, license and registration. The manager said he didn't care and wouldn't make a deal. Terrible way to do business

Located in the worst part of downtown. Homeless encampments & trash!! The dealership was dirty & in need of a remodel. The vehicle smelled & was beat up!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my recent visit. I came in genuinely ready to purchase, but Jay was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely indifferent to earning my business. He showed no customer service skills, no product knowledge, and zero interest in making a sale. From start to finish, he was unhelpful and made it clear he did not care whether I bought a car or left. This was not a minor lapse; it was a total failure to represent Audi. This experience was completely unacceptable and has permanently turned me off from your dealership. Because of Jay, I will not buy from your dealership, I will take my business elsewhere, and I will share my experience. I strongly recommend immediate retraining or removal from sales. I expect better from Audi and a direct response.

I cant buy the Terraine yet, but, I plan on getting that beautiful reliable vehichle. Tony Morris

They don’t respond

Their cars are overpriced according to Cargurus and when I told them they responded in a rude manner we don't care about what Cargurus says they don't sell cars we do. Nice analogy!! Don't buy cars from this rude dealership.

I actually didn't go to dealership, I only communicate with staff by phone. Everyone I spoke with, was very helpful & courteous!

No one was punchy. Great folk
