They contacted me, however it was difficult to get the info I requested in original email to them. They were not very helpful, they never told me the vehicle was sold. I found from Cargurus that vehicle was sold. Then I see it advertised again for a day. Bait & switch to get me to come in for another vehicle that I’m not interested in. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to drive 2 hours to dealership to get my time wasted. Because I found out from you it was sold. Does anyone in this country know what customer service means anymore? Robert is a very helpful sales representative and very pleasant to deal with. The used car manager, Chris was also a very helpful and reasonable. The Finance officer who processed the sale should probably smile a little bit more. He looked and acted very serious all the time projecting a tense atmosphere - a "by-the-book" employee maybe good for business but not for customer relations and customer loyalty. Just my opinion.

By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with! In short, expect that the advertised price you see is not the price at all. In my case, 2021 Jeep Rubicon listed for $37,679 (currently listed for even more @ $41,424), Chapman adds $1,995 for SWAT Tracking, $1,495 for Red Alert blinking brake light and also $1,495 for Chapman Cerified. They refused to remove these items when I was there to purchase, the sales manager ( dark haired lady) had better things to do than make a sale so, I moved on. Two days later, I get a call from my salesperson, Mariah. They removed $5,000 in ridiculous add ons and that another manager Jacob would call me. When Jacob called, he spent 1/2 hr acting like they were doing me a favor by selling the Jeep for the exact price advertised but without adding $5000 on top of that! I declined and he asked me to leave a better review. Jacob neglected to hang up phone and I had to listen to his sales associate attempting to make fun of me??? Lame, unprofessional...

Great Price-

Sales staff is a joke. I waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever showed up so I left and they called me 30 minutes later and wondered where I was at.

Staff was beyond helpful, and if I ever buy a car I hope it’s through them.

Wasted my time by setting up an appointment to look and test drive a vehicle. They sell said vehicle and don’t tell you. Drive 45 minutes to dealership and find out they sold it. Horrible place and a joke of a dealership.
