Patrick was the least helpful car salesman I've ever talked to. Everything was constantly changing. The price went up $10000. It was just overall a horrible experience.

Lack of Transparency - Would Not Recommend ⭐ (1 star) I inquired about a 2022 Lexus as an out-of-state buyer. After multiple conversations with Darius and the manager, I discovered the “internet price” wasn’t the actual price. They wanted to charged me Georgia sales tax and I live in another state. $999 in dealer fees was excessively high. They refused to provide a clear breakdown of the out-the-door price - I waited for 5 days. I had a mechanic inspect the car and had to ask repeatedly about a check engine light issue, no one knew why??? Finally, threw out a battery issue. The lack of transparency created trust issues, and I ultimately walked away from the deal. If you value honest communication and clear pricing, look elsewhere.

I drove 90 minutes to buy this vehicle. I had a cashiers check to purchase, they gave me an “out the door” price with tax title license before we went. My son took off work to drive me there from Queen Creek. I called and told the salesperson Alex, that I would be there in one hour, on my way. When I arrived he set me down at a table and made me wait 20-25 minutes before he walked over and said “sorry, that other salesman, pointing, just sold the car to those people”. I was outraged. I simply wanted to know why they wasted my time?! Why did he not call and say sorry, turn around and go home. They then offered me another car, not an suv, that was 10 years older and had more miles as my other option. Only $1000 less in price. I thought it was a joke?! They should have called me knowing I was on my way. This was a bait and switch attempt. Clearly. This dealership doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Would NEVER recommend.

Best auto sales experience!

Started communications with one sales person, who was very prompt with responses & answered all questions about the car. When we got down there, met with a completely different person who was unaccommodating, unknowledgeable about the car & presented a write up with over $5,000 in fees & taxes! Shopped around & found much better deals with less fees & were willing to work within our budget. The whole in-person experience left a bad taste & we won’t be returning or recommending this place.

salesperson contacted me but delayed responding to my texts. I made an offer and he never texted me back so I contacted another dealer and purchased from them.
