Bad customer service and low trade in value. They offered 8k less than kbb value for trade in that had 1400 miles, also the sales rep Dave Grossman was a pain to deal with he had horrible customer service

The may advertise a lower price but they get you at the end when they add an unpredictable refurbishing amount.

Finance manager needs some communication skills. Does not know how to talk to his customers. Was about to purchase a $95k vehicle but pulled back because of the way he spoke to me.

I reached out and was provided information, a few days later I sent a follow up and didn’t hear back then a few days after that I received a message back from a different salesman saying this car was sold 3 weeks ago but it is still on Car Gurus and on their site. I mentioned that and haven’t heard back since.

They were great to deal with...very helpful and attentive to every detail.

I advise you to explain why you are looking for a car (this one was for our sons) and they will balance driveability, servicing needs, safety, etc. In the unsettled work of buying a vehicle, I am no longer unsettled because the Phoenix Used Cars team makes great recommendations.
