Selling off brand of Dealership. On very cold day for test drive. Guy was helpful and attentive. Had accent but seemed knowlegable.

The brake calipers, hoses, frame, differential, and other components were all spray-painted black. I know they were trying to hide rust, but I expected some rust on a 2012. What else are they trying to hide? I can't tell if it has been well-maintained if it has been spray-painted. Weird. A shame, really. It was a nice truck. Someone else is going to buy this truck and potentially have problems. That person is probably going to drive it back and forth to work. People need reliable transportation for their livelihood, and this is just not necessary. Things like this add to the stereotype that used car dealerships are not trustworthy.

They use an AI texting systems your website informed me that the vehicle has sold and the dealers AI texting tried to get me to come it and look at it still even tho it had sold. Not a good business practice at all.

The sales person, Conner, who was the first person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful. He returned every call and answered every question. He then provided me with still pictures and a walk around video of the car. I the scheduled a time to meet with him on Saturday morning. I purchased the car and he did everything possible to help.

The dealership had very good prices. The salesman was very good. He kept his word on all of his offers. I live in California. His prices were two to $3000 cheaper. The only problem was the cost of the shipping to California about $1000. His documentation registrations fees were reasonable for an out of state dealer. It’s not like order a vehicle from the factory. We decided to buy in California from a dealer after taking in consideration the shipping and documentation fees. This dealer was our second choice if the California dealer hadn’t raced his offer.

I didn't buy a car simply because I couldn't afford it. But they were great to work with. And when I do get to where I can get the car I want I will go back
