Dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

My daughter and I were there to look at the ELANTRA and when we walked in Mike is the sales person that I was supposed to ask for was with another couple and that held us up probably 45 minutes. And I had already been preapproved through another finance company and after they ran my credit and did everything else they decided that Huntington had the best rates and that’s who they put me with and I’m not real happy about that. I was already approved through capital one so I am going to have to refinance the loan within the next 30 days, which is ridiculous the car was sold as is and I understand that but the battery died the next day and now it needs front and rear brakes, so I’m wondering if they did anything when it was pulled into the shop before they put it on the lot I have mailed them a letter requesting cancellation of ballon’s extended warranty and all that nonsense and I have not heard from him yet, but I want it canceled. Just be wary.

Great buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership couldn't have been more helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The car I purchased was better than expected. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Very responsive! Brian is a great guy. I did not purchase the Z4 but I will be keeping an eye on his webpage. I highly recommend him. I found him to be very honest and personable. I would rate him 6 stars if he were to come off of that SC300 on his lot!

Made a tentative appointment to look at the van. I told them when I would be in the Cincinnati area. The day I went, they texted me that the van was in the body shop getting the hood repainted because of scratches. Clean CarFax. No mention of needed body work in the CarGurus ad.

Was told vehicle was available. Visited and test drove. Negotiated price and left with signed paper agreeing on price. Called less than 6 hours later to put a deposit and arrange financing(keep in mind I have an excellent credit score). Was told he would call me back with finance numbers. and then never heard back. Waited over 24 hours and called the next day to find out they sold vehicle to a “family friend” after talking to me the day before. Never called to notify that my sale was not going to go through.
