The communication was off. I reached out to somebody about a car. They said the car was there. I made preparations to come in. Then the man never called me and when he did call me back he said the car was sold so there is a lack of communication !

Seeing and driving the car was delayed for (4) days while car was being "detailed" before showing. Checked the day of my visit since Cochran GMC Buick is in Boardman OH and I am in Massillon OH. The car was sold by a manager per the agent that set up my appointment. Will never deal with outfit again, period!

Reached out with specific questions so I had details to decide if it was worth my 1 hr drive one way or not. Of course NO ONE ever answers your questions ONLY tell you to come in thinking they’ll get the leverage. Be honest and up front with customers at least me if you want my business. The manager then followed up saying XXX followed up with you wondering ….. uh, NO never heard or spoke with that person. Seemed like auto chip follow ups. You want my business. Be personable value me and my time be honest and let’s chat. Not ever going somewhere that far for smthg I was super interested if you’re just pressuring ppl to come in. “Oh lots of interest you must come in ASAP before it’s sold”. Like answer my questions talk to me and let’s make smthg happen.
