For the purchase of my 2023 Genesis GV80, Marcus was my salesman. He did a great job communicating, and because I live approximately 3 hrs away, he made sure to send videos and additional photos of the features and appearance of the vehicle without hesitation. Because Marcus went above and beyond making sure that I was satisfied, I knew I was going to purchase the SUV before I even arrived to the dealership!

Overall I love the vehicle. But, moving forward you should always get a full inspection done. My windshield wipers doesn't work. Now, I'm having to pay $1400 to get it fixed. The dealership did not tell me of the problem and I did not check the wipers. Also, the wipers were really bad.

Stay away! This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had, and I buy cars often. I live out of state so most of the deal's details had to be worked out over the phone. First of all, we agreed on a price and when I asked for the buyers order to be sent to the bank the bank calls and said the price is wrong on the BO. The dealer had added over $600. When I called the salesman to ask why, he said it was taxes because I was out of state. He had all my info with address when he quoted my OTD price. After going back and forth I decided to go ahead with the purchase. After several hours trying to get the right documents to the bank,(they sent over an employee authorization form instead of the title the first time), we finally get everything lined up and I go to the bank to pickup the check. I arrive to get the car Sunday and the car wasn't cleaned, the top didnt work, and the TPMS was on, and had scratches all over it. The paint was flaking off one wheel. I a
