Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very disappointing. I made contact with the sales staff late last Friday and explained that I was interested in the vehicle and requested information. I followed up on Saturday and requested various items such as the Carfax report and videos of the vehicle. This took the better part of the day on Saturday. On that day I explained that I along with others would review everything and follow up a I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. On Monday morning I called the salesman and advised I would like to purchase the vehicle but requested the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a local dealer. With the salesman’s help, I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection for Tuesday morning. On Tuesday I reached out the salesman to let him know I was waiting for the inspection report as I assumed the vehicle had been inspected. Shortly thereafter I was informed by text message that the vehicle was sold to someone else.

Overall experience was poor — support felt very weak and impersonal, with overly automated, inconsistent communications. Responses were slow or contradictory, and staff gave the impression they weren’t interested in closing a straightforward, quick sale.

They don't offer any financing. Don't whant to work with buyers. I only wanted to finance 3,000 and give 11 thousand down. The car was the black 2002 Lexus SC 430.
