I purchased a Chevy Equinox from Reliable and Affordable Wheels and the engine failed exactly 30 days after I drove it off the lot — before I even received the permanent tags. While I understand used cars are typically sold as-is and unexpected issues can happen, I expected more accountability and effort from the dealership to help find a fair solution. I offered multiple options to resolve the situation, including trades, cash, and financing toward another vehicle. Communication with Darrel started out respectful and professional, but once his business partner Pat got involved, things stalled and no meaningful resolution was reached. After investing thousands into a vehicle that didn’t even last a full month, I felt unsupported and stuck with an avoidable loss. I would suggest looking elsewhere but If you do still decide to check out their inventory, have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before purchase. Bring your own trusted mechanic or take it to a third-party dealership do not

Excellent service and what they quoted was what I paid. The finance department was very straight forward and unlike other dealers Ive dealt with did not try and add on stuff during the process. I was of course offered an extended warranty but declined and was not in the slightest pressured to take it. I would do business with this dealership again any chance I got.

These people are terrible and the worst kind of dealers! They lied to me days leading up to me driving an hour and a 1/2 only to tell me the car has sold! Had the audacity to ask me when was the last time I spoke to someone and then ask me if there’s any other car I’m interested in. I got up and left without so much as a have a good day. Smiled in face and lied to me. DO NOT BUY HERE OR SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE CONS JUST TO GET YOU THERE!

Ivana was most helpful in communicating about the car and pricing. Everything was very upfront and transparent.
