Great example of what a dealership should and could be! Awesome experience with Financing, down payment coordination, test drive, car wash, a full tank of gas and a free meal at the diner were all great! What I liked the most…. the no pressure sales to include warranty add on’s remained as points of discussion and not points of pressure. ….if this sales culture remains, I will be back as a repeat customer! Keep up the great work!

The owner of this dealership was exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable and has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I highly recommend them and will be returning if I need a vehicle in the future.

Sales Associate was very nice

The young Lady had no knowledge of the car. She was impatient and was unprofessional after test drive. She asked if I was purchasing today and told me they closed at 7pm. It was 6:50pm. She did not even try to sell anything else on this Lot! She walked to the building from me as I was looking at other cars and did not give me her business card or say Good evening, Good Bye or anything!!!

Drove in from Elizabeth city, so almost 4 hours, and get about 30 min away and get an email stating they sold the car that I was coming to look at. No biggie, they had a truck on the website and I inquired about, nope sold. Why keep vehicles online as available but they are sold. Definitely feel like they bait and switch you. Never again dealing with any Hendricks dealerships.

Dealer responded fine prior to making a deal, but after that communication was nonexistent. If I didn’t call to to force the issue I don’t think the deal would have gone through

The single star is for the associates who informed me the starter had issues, the vehicle had gone to auction, and Miriam who routed me to sales after I angered the Internet sales person enough for her to: clear my profile despite me still wanting to view this vehicle and one at a sister dealership, routed my calls to dead ends or hung up on me. She was upset that I corrected her about the locations of the vans. Brittany, I hope you have a better day!
