The dealer response very nice.

My experience with the dealership management was disappointing and unsatisfactory. Initially, the manager offered a $1,000 discount. However, when I mentioned I had another appointment and would return later, they agreed. When I came back and asked about the same offer, they refused to honor what had been previously committed. This was very frustrating, especially since I drove one way 1.5 hours based on that understanding. I expected better transparency and consistency. Unfortunately, this experience has impacted my trust in the dealership.

Excellent pre-sale communication. Purchase price was clearly understandable and itemized. Don't let the store-front fool you. The two salesmen were quick and very easy to understand. They did not try to up-sell me on anything. I received a generous offer on my trade-in. There posting on auto sites was complete and accurate. Overall great experience for me. Try them if they have what you see on-line. If you have your paperwork ready, you will be in and out in less than one hour.
