Dealerships near me (Silver Spring, MD)

The dealership overcommunicated - as many dealerships do. I was contacted several times by multiple people even after I visited. The price for the car was high and was non-negotiable. Not a bad experience but not one that led to me wanting to move forward with a sale.

The dealership experience was exception wit there service and communication. The staff were very helpful, I am rebuilding and the team was very helpful in provide and highest service for customers.

Called to ask about scheduling a test drive, was informed it was not possible due to the necessity to complete a Maryland state inspection. A week later no further communication from the dealership

They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This company was spectacular! We test drove twice. No haggling and great experience. On the business end, highly competent and efficient. Would not hesitate to go back to them in the future!

Normally wouldn't purchase a car so far away but this worked out to be a great experience. I've only had the car a week or so, but the process was smooth, timely and descriptions of the vehicle were accurate. I've even tested it for engine and transmission codes and nothing shows. Overall very pleased with the experience.
