I was very disappointed of the salesman/owner and of this very unkempt, dirty, ragged with loud motor mond, dented, with rusted wheels 2013 Cadillac CTS he tried to sell me. He also stated he reduced the price $1000 from $6900!!! The yard was jammed with cars with nowhere to get one out without moving others, also the office was cruddy and dirty

Although they were very nice when we got there, took time with us and seemed like nice people, the most important thing to me was finding a specific car that I was told they had in stock, that was not true. They definitely did not have that car in spite of confirming that I should come out to look at it. Drove a hour. They actually still show it as available weeks later. It felt like a bait and switch to me and I was not happy. 3 stars because they did try to help me find the vehicle elsewhere.

I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

It’s wasent great at all we drove the car home to Rochester and that was 5 hours when I got up to go to an appointment the car didn’t start . Dealer did not answer when I was calling . Called from different number to let him know about it ! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
