What’s New for the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E
Ford has updated the Mustang Mach-E lineup with lower prices. Standard features now include a heat pump for better cold-weather performance, enhanced BlueCruise capabilities, and an updated infotainment system with 5G connectivity and more apps. A Sport Appearance package, three new colors, and fresh wheel designs add further customization options.
Design
There are several trims offered, starting with the Select trim. It features a clean, modern exterior with the option for 19-inch gloss black wheels. The Premium trim introduces a Sport Appearance Package that mirrors the GT’s bold design, including a unique fascia, grille, and optional red Brembo brakes. For a more aggressive look, the GT trim stands out with bold accents and exclusive performance wheels. The California Route 1 trim focuses on aerodynamic enhancements.
Powertrain
The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E offers flexible battery and motor options to suit different needs. The Standard Range battery provides up to 250 miles of range, while the Extended Range battery goes up to 320 miles. Buyers can choose between single-motor rear-wheel drive (RWD) or dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) for better traction.
Trim-specific options include the Select and Premium trims, which start with 266 horsepower and offer up to 346 horsepower with the Extended Range battery in AWD. The GT trim delivers 480 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque, hitting 60 mph from zero in 3.8 seconds. The Mach-E Rally also packs 480 horsepower but adds off-road upgrades.
Interior
Standard features on the Select trim include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, synthetic leather upholstery, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The Premium trim adds a power-adjustable front passenger seat, heated front seats and steering wheel, and multi-color ambient lighting for a more upscale experience. Moving up to the GT trim adds sport front seats with enhanced bolstering. The Rally trim includes unique interior accents.
The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E offers 29.7 cubic feet of rear cargo space (59.7 cubic feet with seats folded) and a 4.7-cubic-foot waterproof front trunk for added versatility.
Technology
The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E comes standard with a 15.5-inch touchscreen, with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Upgrades include a Bang & Olufsen sound system, wireless device charging, and enhanced navigation.
Safety
Standard driver-assistance features include Ford Co-Pilot360, which bundles automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control, among other technologies. Available upgrades include BlueCruise 1.5, a hands-free driving system for designated highways. For 2025, BlueCruise also comes with automatic lane-change assist.
Pricing and Release Date
The 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E goes on sale early in 2025, and pricing will be available closer to that time. Electrical components are backed by an eight-year/100,000-mile warranty.
