What’s New for the 2025 Cadillac CT5 and CT5-V

There are a number of updates for the 2025-model-year edition of the CT5. The front-end design has been tweaked, and the interior has some styling revisions. It also features a massive new digital display with an updated infotainment system.

Design

The CT5 bears design traits that make it recognizable as a modern Cadillac, including the large vertical LED headlights and the shield-shaped grille. The CT5-V features more aggressive, aerodynamic body work for enhanced downforce and stability at higher speeds. The CT5 comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels, and it is available with 19-inch and 20-inch wheels.

Powertrain

The standard powertrain in the CT5 is a turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. A twin-turbo V6 is optional on the Premium Luxury trim, making 335 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The CT5-V features an upgraded version of the twin-turbo V6, putting out 360 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels or to available all-wheel drive (AWD) through a 10-speed automatic transmission.

The CT5-V can sprint from zero to 60 in 4.6 seconds. It also features Brembo performance brakes, magnetic ride control, and quad exhaust tips.

The most efficient version of the CT5 is the base turbo-four with rear-wheel drive (RWD). It returns fuel economy of 23 mpg city, 32 highway, and 26 combined. The least-efficient version is the CT5-V with AWD. It returns fuel economy of 17 mpg city, 26 highway, and 20 combined. All engine options require premium fuel.
