What’s New for the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck

The Cybertruck is an all-new model for 2024 from American electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Tesla.

Design

The 2024 Tesla Cybertruck boasts a bold, angular design with a stainless-steel exoskeleton that is as durable as it is striking. It has a 6-foot-by-4-foot bed, as well as a front trunk for additional storage space. In all, the Cybertruck has up to 67 cubic feet of lockable trunk space.

Trims are Single-Motor RWD, Dual-Motor AWD, and Tri-Motor AWD. Standard features include armored glass windows, a retractable bed cover, and 18-inch alloy wheels. The available Foundation Series model has 20-inch wheels, 35-inch off-road tires, and an off-road light bar.

Powertrain

The rear-wheel-drive (RWD) version of the Cybertruck has an estimated range of 250 miles. The Dual-Motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) model has an estimated range of 340 miles. Its dual motors make a combined 600 horsepower and can propel the truck from zero to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds. The range-topping Cyberbeast has a range of 320 miles. Its three motors make 845 horsepower and allow it to sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds. This top-of-the-line model also has a towing capacity of 11,000 pounds and a payload capacity of 2,500 pounds.

Thanks to Tesla’s Supercharger network, the dual-motor version can add up to 136 miles of range in just 15 minutes. The Cyberbreast can add around 128 miles in about 15 minutes of charging time. In addition to charging, the Cybertruck also offers the output of charge, thanks to available 120-volt and 240-volt power outlets. It can even offload 11.5 kw of power to your home in the event of a power outage.

The Cybertruck features an adaptive air suspension that bridges the gap between maintaining composure through corners and offering a stable platform over all types of terrain. The Cybertruck provides up to 16 inches of ground clearance. Four-wheel steering ensures the Cybertruck can be supremely maneuverable in tight spaces.
