What’s New for the 2024 Audi Q3
The Q3 is largely unchanged from the 2023 to the 2024 model year. The only noteworthy change is the inclusion of previously optional adaptive cruise control as standard equipment.
Design
The 2024 Audi Q3 boasts a sleek and modern design, with a large grille and clean lines. It is available in Premium and Premium Plus trims. The Q3 comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels, and 19-inch wheels are available. A Black Optics package adds 20-inch alloy wheels and sporty styling elements.
Powertrain
The 2024 Audi Q3 comes with a choice of two turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engines. The base engine (40 TFSI) produces 184 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque, while the upgraded version (45 TFSI) offers 228 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque.
Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and come standard with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) system. The base engine returns fuel economy of 22 mpg city, 29 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined. The upgraded engine returns 20 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined.
Interior
The interior of the 2024 Audi Q3 features high-quality materials and a tech-forward design. It comfortably seats five passengers, and the Q3 Premium includes standard leather upholstery, heated front seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. The Premium trim is available with a Convenience Package that adds remote keyless entry, LED ambient cabin lighting, and satellite radio. The Premium Plus trim adds all the features of the Convenience Package, as well as remote start.
The Audi Q3 provides 23.7 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats. With the rear seats folded, the Q3 provides up to 48 cubic feet of cargo space, which is decent for the class. A power liftgate is standard, and a hands-free power liftgate is available.
Technology
The 2024 Q3 has a user-friendly infotainment system, with a standard 8.8-inch touchscreen or an available 10.1-inch touchscreen. Standard tech features include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 10-speaker audio system. The Premium Plus trim is available with a 15-speaker Sonos premium sound system, the Audi Virtual Cockpit, and a navigation system.
Safety
The 2024 Audi Q3 is well-equipped with standard safety features, including forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control. The Premium Plus trim adds traffic-jam assist and a surround-view camera system.
Pricing and Release Date
The 2024 Audi Q3 is now available at dealerships, with a starting MSRP of $37,400 for the base Premium trim. The Convenience Package is a $1,750 option, and the Black Optics Package costs $1,300. The Premium Plus trim starts at $40,200, with the option to upgrade to the 228-horsepower engine for an additional $2,400. The Q3 is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile limited warranty.
