my neon did not turn over like engine froze removed sparkplugs and there is water in cylynders

do i need a new engine or can I replace head gasket I guess if thats whats wrong and the engine wont even pop
start it stopped me in my tracks

if theres a lot of water in the cylinders, no, it wont turn over because you cant compress water where as u can compress air. u might need a new engine if there's a hole in yur block... but i doubt that. take the head off and look for yourself. very well could be just a head gasket but it could also be a cracked cylinder head as well. get the head shaved!
