What does this mean

I have 2 coil packs out and when I changed
my spark plugs they had oil all over them
what does this mean

if oil on plugs there could be cracked plugs. i've put rubber hose piece in my socket to help keep the plug straight and avoid cracking the plug. also, are u torque-ing the plug at proper tightness? are valve cover seals ok?

The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced cause it is leaking oil into the sparkplug well. This is a common problem.
