My radio isn't working on Ford edge

Go to the dealership mines was doing this black screen for a few days sometimes two weeks... I took it to the dealership and they fixed it for free it was a recall item... I searched and searched and I never found it as a recall when I was doing my search. Junction City, KS

My 2012 ford edge radio will not come on . screen is on . Bluetooth works but radio does not.

Everything on the display of my 2016 Ford Edge SEL worked fine except the radio didn't work. I disconnected the Positive cable for about an hour, then reconnected it. The radio worked fine after that. Consider it a type of "Reset". Hope this helps someone!
