low beam head lights don't work

2010 Prius, the low beams do not work, the high neams can be turned on but bot sure what happened to the low beams?  Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I have. I have a 2010 Prius and the low beams have gone out 4 times in the past 3 1/2 years. I've taken it to dealers, called Toyota Consumer Affairs, and everyone shrugs their shoulders. If you touch the wiring, the lights sometimes go on by themselves. They call it a "bulb" problem but it's an electrical problem that they are not willing to take responsibility for. I'm dealing with the issue right now. Toyota is not committed to anything except CYA.

I know this was an old post, but did anyone find the answer? I am experiencing this now and got a ticket for it
