Do you have spark?

I had the starter replaced and still nothing. When I turn the key I can't hear anything except the fuel pump.

If stater is not working check relay.

No the motor is not turning over . I noticed that one of the fuses was blown it's a 15... and wen the starter was installed I replaced fuse and tried to start car , it didn't start and the second fuse blew.

Had the wires checked everything is hooked up correctly. Someone told me my battery might need to be changed.
