After checking some wiring and fuses we discovered the ECM 1 fuse was blowing as soon as the key was turned. Did some research on line and this seems to point to either the fuel pump or the sending unit over amping or possibly a short. Will be checking continuity to the fuel pump and most likely changing the fuel pump. Hopefully this fixes our issue. Will keep you posted. And thanks.

Replaced fuel pump, ECM 1 fuse is still blowing...any suggestions?

After a lot of hard work trial and error and about $400 we found a wire that had touched the exhaust manifold (the pink wire). Maybe someone else well read this and it hill save them some money ;) truck is running now :)
