2016 Tesla Model X P90D AWD Review
says:
The Tesla Model X provided with some would say a “spaceship” like experience. Indeed, in many ways it is. Such that, the doors can be controlled through the centeral control stack, or the “iPad” and rather many of the car’s figures can be controlled form the central control stack. What I enjoyed most about the Model X is the driving experience in which you can experience several different driving modes; comfort, sport, and in my case, Ludicrous. There are too many functions of the Model X that can be interpreted as advance and futuristic. The extra “Easter eggs” also add an extra layer of uniqueness that separates it from rival car brands in its category. There are reliability issues that comes with the Tesla Model X. Issues include, but not limited to; Creaking noises from the Falcon Wing Doors, water leaking into the cabin through the door once doors open during moderate to heavy rain, Various Dashboard alerts that appear and disappear, trouble with the battery meter, and many more. I did say that the Tesla Model X is not worth the price you pay for it. What I mean by that is all that I stated about the various pros and cons to the vehicle. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. However, the value at which Tesla sets the car at is not worth the price you would pay for it. Especially now when the federal tax incentives are being fazed out. The cost of the premium car as compared to other premium cars in its price and style category, is simply too high, starting from $80,000 all the way to $150,000 fully loaded.

Power Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"The Tesla Model X runs on an electric battery and motor which has instant power and torque. Which allows the Model x to boast a 0-60mpg speed of 3.8 seconds (depending on which version of the Model x you are going to buy). The Jeep Cherokee runs on a V6 engine which outputs a relatively good amount of power but compared to the Model X, it lacks in power. "
Handling Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"With various customizable driving options, like comfort, sport, ability to raise and lower suspensions at will allows the Tesla to come out on top."
Looks/Style Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"The look of the Model X is fairly conservative in terms of the body style and lights, so it doesn’t make it a very showy car, at least until you open the falcon wing doors. The design, however, does fit into the idea of making the car aerodynamic and is the most aerodynamic suv on the market. The Jeep Cherokee has a similar body style to the Tesla Model X in terms of the aerodynamic body build. However, the style seems to be more conservative than the Tesla’s in that people don’t tend to recognize that it is a Jeep unless you look at the emblem on the front or rear of the vehicle. The Tesla doesn’t not suffer from this lack of recognition as its body style and lights are unique to Tesla and only Tesla. "
Front Seats Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"The front seats of the model X is similar to the front seats of the Cherokee in that they are both heated. However, the Model X boasts cooled seats as well. Not only that but the front window shield stretches over the front passenger’s head, giving the driver and front passenger a open and expansive view of the road, that is incomparable to any other car brand."
Back Seats Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"Tesla Wins. Plain and simple. Better seat quality, more seats and heated and ventilated seats make it stand out to the Jeep Cherokee. The Tesla Model X is simply better. "
Cargo Capacity Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"As I explained in the family car category, the Tesla Model X wins in this category. "
Family Car Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"The Tesla Model X comes with a front-trunk, trunk, and able to fit seven seats. On the other hand, the Jeep Cherokee has 5 seats and a fairly large trunk. One feature that comes standard with the Cherokee is the side rails located on the roof of the car, which allows the occupants to load items onto the roof, while the Tesla Model X lacks one due to the mechanism of the falcon wing doors. This category can be interchangeable between the Model X and Cherokee, but what ultimately changes my mind to favor the Model X, is the seven seats and front-trunk capabilities."
Value Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD better.
"As I explained in the Tesla Model X overall review, the cost of the car is simply to high with all the flaws that hold it down. The Jeep is fairly open to all consumers with a price of $29,000 new, makes it a fairly good deal with all the features of the car. "
Would Buy Ranked 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4WD worse.
"After numerous research done on both cars, and careful analysis, I would buy a Model X P90D AWD over the Jeep Cherokee, if it is used which by this time, it would be. The used value of the car is fair and worth it."
