    I love it! Ive rejoined the Lexus community after being away for serval years and I must say I extremely happy to be back. It gets great gas mileage and offers the same features as most newer models. Thinking I will be with Lexus for a very long time.

    2014 Lexus RX Hybrid 450h AWD Review

    The RX 450h features a 3.5-liter V6 engine and two electric motors that combine to produce 295 horsepower. That’s plenty of power to move the vehicle, but acceleration is a little underwhelming. A continuously variable transmission (CVT), which operates like an automatic, comes standard. Front-wheel drive is also standard, and all-wheel drive is available. The RX Hybrid has poised handling, but it’s not overly fun to drive. Where it truly excels, however, is in gas mileage. The Lexus hybrid SUV gets 31 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. Those estimates are outstanding for the luxury midsize SUV class, and they’re good even for a hybrid SUV.

That is, unless youre lucky enough to find yourself sitting inside of one and enjoying its comfortable ride, reliable performance, and well-thought-out amenities. Even then, the RX seems a bit like a practical decision, not a passionate one. Its a smart choice, if not a sexy one."
