Wrx Hatchback Is Practical & Fun To Drive — I have really enjoyed my WRX Premium Hatchback over the past two years. It has great power, looks stunning and is great in winter weather with snow tires. The summer tires from the factory provide good traction but only on dry pavement. Stereo is fine. Better with Subaru sub/amplifier added under seats.

Pros: Power, handling, seat comfortability

Cons: Bluetooth

A Car Enthusiasts Daily Driver — My 2013 Subaru WRX has been a very good car, it feels and runs very strong. I enjoy driving it daily. For a surfer/outdoors person, more storage room is needed or roof racks for weekend trips up state, which I ended up purchasing. Subaru should use more of a high quality gloss coat with a thicker material to reduce minor scratches that need to be buffed out. Overall, a wonderful car, I don't think you can find a person to complain about the power, handling, AWD, braking, reliability, or warranty from this car for the price.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun car to drive, brings out the car enthusiast in everybody.  You can feel the strong engine and transmission when driving the car barefoot which gives you assurance that you have a good running car.
The dealership warranty was transferable to me and I also had 5 free oil changes, which would normally be $70, thanks Subaru for standing behind your car.

Cons: The gloss coat of the paint seems to be sub-par and easily scratched, even by finger nails next to the handle. The gas mileage is decent on the highway however I expected to get more MPG with 'grand-mother' styled driving. I wish the center console was a little higher or the left arm rest was raised a little more for comfort on longer trips.

Fantastic Awd Performance And Reliability — I can;t say I dislike anything about this car. It's reputation has been cemented as one of the best bang for the buck cars you can buy. After owning cars like Honda S200's and 370z's I really think that for the price this car is an outstanding value. Drive or own one and you will be converted. This particular car seems to have been designed for colder areas, the heated seats are phenomenal and take very little to start warming up, definitely a God send when waking up to go to work on those 17 degree mornings! Another great feature for us in the Northeast is the front windshield de-icer. It heats up the wiper blades and combined with the de-fogger it makes the ice disappear very quickly. Performance is stunning for a car in this price range, granted it's not a monster, but it will put a smile on your face anytime your right foot desires. Great AWD, fantastic traction in all conditions and the confidence to drive anywhere regardless of the conditions is really what makes this car stand alone in it's class.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Really gutsy motor, once the turbo spools up you can really feel the power of this car. AWD traction is supreme, it's very confidence inspiring. Handling is great, personally there is a little more roll than I like but I am a snob about this. Nothing a roll bar won't fix. I have loved what Subaru have done with the addition of the wider flares, definitely a more  aggressive look to the car. People ask me about it all the time! Gas mileage is what is to be expected from a 265 turbo 4. Not fantastic, but when your right foot tells the car to go MPG's are the last thing on your mind. With that being said though, I can average about 28 mpg on highways keeping her at 65.

Cons: Stereo could use an update. Not awful, but not great. The Ipod makes it sound better than it is.
