I definitely knew I’d be purchasing a Honda Pilot for its reliability, it’s size and the 4wd feature available. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Just perfect! Reliability and quality makes this a great choice for the every day vehicle. This vehicle has everything I could have ever wanted in a car.

This is a great vehicle. Handling is much better than expected. The ride is smooth. All electronics work as they should. Only drawback is the MPG. Even with relaxed driving, the MPG is all over the place.

Power Ranked 2013 Volkswagen Touareg better.
"The torque available on the Tourag blows the competition away. Very helpful for towing a small trailer."
Value Ranked 2013 Volkswagen Touareg worse.
"There are many more Pilots available in the used car market and they seem to be selling for a lower price, probably due to their lower starting price. Also, I anticipate that maintenance costs will be higher with the much rarer Touareg."

Boxy, bumpy, no leg room for the backseat passengers, no captains chairs, bad gas mileage reviews, and small cargo area. Ruled it out quickly!

Front Seats Ranked 2013 GMC Acadia better.
"Well seated in the car and adjusted many ways, large and comfy. Headrest is adjustable to your neck position. Legs dont get tired from hanging down as you sit comfortably."
Would Buy Ranked 2013 GMC Acadia better.
"Its very luxurious and had many more options. Its a house on wheels!"

An Excellent Family Suv With Style And Comfort, And Convenience — I love driving the 2013 Pilot. It handles great, is very comfortable on the interior, and fun to drive. Additional pros are that there is plenty of cargo space available, an automatic lift gate, tinted windows to keep you cooler when it's sunny outside, bluetooth connectivity, and the DVD player is great with kids. My only complaint is the MPGs averaging around 18-20... city and/or highway it seems.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very comfortable, convenient, and feels luxurious with the EX-L model and up.
TONS of cargo space.  Smooth and quiet ride in the city and on the highway.
Nice power as well.

Cons: Average MPG is around 18-20.

Well Driven And Maintained Car — The comfort of drive and nil maintenance in last one year that we owned the car. It has great mileage for long drives and great comfort. The navigation system and the entertainment system is user friendly. We love the car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great for family and long drives

Cons: Fuel economy in city

Perfect Family Car — This is a perfect family car for our family. We have 2 kids and my mom tags along with us a lot so we needed more than 5 seats with the car seats and this is by far the best option. Minivans would have more room in the back but we were not ready to be a minivan family. Honda Pilot fit the bill.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Lots of seat belts

Cons: Not much storage if rear seats are being used.
