Sleek For An Suv — I like the tight steering handling, jeep base for turns, wide doors for loading and unloading. Comfortable inside for long trips, amazing sound system, features easy to touch. The design of the car allows nice handling on long trips. Can fit up to 6-7 people in the car not including drive.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This car handles quite well on the highway and performs great at higher speeds.  Long back and I can fit objects up to 6ft in length.

Cons: Wish it had more width and height inside the back

Awesome Family Vehicle — Best family vehicle we've ever owned. Has plenty of cargo space and a lot of seating availability with third row. The V6 has tons of power. The journey handles great in the snow. The material the seats are made of makes it easy to clean up after your kids. Would recommend to any parent.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This vehicle has the luxuries of a van but the style of a SUV.

Cons: Not really any negative feedback for this vehicle.

It's A Good Car If You Dont Have All The Mechanical Problems! —

Blind spots!!!!! Ughhhh With the two far back seats in the up right position, it makes bad blind spots! Its kind of a loud car when you are cruising down the freeway. I had a HORRIBLE stench when I had the A/C fan on. Brakes are BAD BAD BAD. When I am driving downhill it has a vibration. And the trany is not good either. When going from PARK to any other gear, it will "clunk" or "thump" into gear...and not softly either! It sounds like the engine is dropping! The dealership has tried a coule times to fix the brakes and trany, but they still have not fixed it. They did, however, "ease" the smell, but not completely! Everything has been under warranty so I haven't had to pay for anything, other than be inconvenienced. But I will say this, if I did have to absorb the cost for these problems.. I would be sooooo broke! Oh, and I paid about $30k for mine...brand new off the lot with less than 100 miles. And I didn't start having problems until about 5k miles. UPDATE - I have taken it to the dealership to get fixed 5 times and they attempted to fix it, but they FAILED miserably!! I am so sad. I don't feel safe in my car lugging kids around. It feels like it is going to stall when I decelerate and the nasty stench is back. And let me just add - the dealership rented me 4 cars (Dodges) while they tried to fix my car and these other Dodges had tranny issues and they too smelt REALLY bad. I would not recommend a Dodge to ANYONE. BEWARE!!! Final update - I wrote to Chrysler and they agreed to purchase my car back under the lemon law via a 3rd party ...ISG. It has been a horrible ordeal and it has taken OVER a month to get this deal ALMOST complete. If you purchase ANY vehicle, keep service records and good luck!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: I really like the look of my Journey! Good Freeway gas mileage. Its got some really good pep (mines a V6).

Cons: Blind spots!!!!! Its a loud car, not very sound proof. Bad stench in the A/C system. Brakes SUCK. MAJOR Trany issues.
