Awesome 4runner — The 4Runner is a tough, body on frame SUV that combines the legendary Toyota reliability into one of the few true SUVs that are on the market today. Love the sound of the JBL audio system and the satellite radio.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Toyota residual value and reliability. Handles great in the snow.

Cons: A don't really dislike anything on the 4runner.

Worth The $ - A Great Value — Ride and drive is much improved over older 4runner generations. The Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS) designed for off road, I think, actually improves the ride in city driving. The technology interface provides the capability to bluetooth several phones, so it will sync with my phone and other family members devices w/o problem.

Pros: Cargo space, ride, technology interface

Cons: Weight of rear door hatch

Would Recommend To A Friend — Love this 4runner, great detail with the design. Plenty of power, room, entertainmetn, etc. Sound system is wonderful, pull out cargo tray in the back is wonderful for southern style tailgaiting at ballgames and camp-out. Plug and aux connection supplies enough power to run a 40 inch flat screen

    Pros: Great looking

    Cons: smushy brakes

5th Gen 4-runner Has All Of The Comforts And Style You Could Want — I have always liked the 4Runner and used to be a bigger fan of the older generation models but after a couple weeks with this truck I couldn't be happier. The comfort and controls of the interior are perfect. The design of the exterior still has the 4Runner feel (even though not as boxy as previous models). It has the style of a luxury SUV but I have no doubt it will be powerful enough to tow my boat and take me off road when I want it to.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

    Pros: comfort, style, space, feel

Cons: without tire spacers the stance on the truck seems to be not wide enough to do some fast cornering

Great All Around Family Vehicle!!! — 4 wheel drive came in great when visiting family up north for Christmas. Gave me great confidence in this vehicles performance in all conditions. 3rd row always a bonus to have when have those couple extra kids to bring along. The Technology package is great on this vehicle. Everything you need is available in their convenience packages..GPS, Backup Camera, Bluetooth, USB Ports, lots more....Also a strong V6 engine that is great on gas. The 4Runner is a perfect sized vehicle for the mid-sized family that doesn't want to buy too big of a vehicle to be accommodated. Hope this review helps!

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This vehicle is pretty awesome! Highly recommend for the family who needs a van but can't force themselves to buy one :-)!!!

    Cons: N/A
