The car is very nice and the dealership was very nice, but I cant see good out the back window, and I have a key that has to be used manually. even my 20002 Mazda has a key where I can hit the button and it would unlock the car. Other then that, everything is great!

Great luxury car. Even with the smaller V6 engine it still has a lot of power. Love it.

Black Beauty! — I'm a huge Cadillac fan! Especially the CTS models. We have 2012 CTS-V Coupe in the garage and the 2011 CTS Premium Sedan in the driveway. The Sedan, drives and handles like a dream. I'm thrilled with the HDD system, Navigation and sun roof/moon roof!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Love everything about this car.  The looks, lines, handling, drive, power, etc...

Cons: Black is tough to keep clean. Luckily, I work from home and the car isn't driven everyday.

Beautiful Ride. Great Value For Luxury Car. —

Bought the 2011 CTS from a dealer in 2013 as a Certified Pre-Owned with 100K / 6 year warranty. Absolutely love the styling (I get compliments still for a 3 year old vehicle). Ride and the automatic transmission is incredibly smooth. Power in the 3.6L is more than adequate, although it is definitely not to be confused with a sports car out of the gate. Sunroof leaked and stained the headliner and the remote trunk latch was giving me problems. Both were fixed without hesitation under warranty by Cadillac to my absolute satisfaction (they gave me brand new ATS for loaners while being repaired - now that is a sporty car!) Cadillac service has been outstanding - they stand by their vehicles and make sure the customer is satisfied. Finish work and interior details are beautiful - you absolutely feel like you are in a luxury vehicle. Only cons are that the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the voice command system recognizes words accurately about 70% of the time (far lower than the newer CUE system Caddy put in subsequent years - like we have in our 2013 SRX). Bottom line - for the price - hard to beat the 2011 CTS for a great value in the luxury car market. Never regretted my purchase (but I am glad I got the extra warranty).

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great looks and styling.  Very quiet ride.  Awesome Bose sound system.  Smooth auto transmission.

Cons: Front seats could be more comfortable for the $$.  Voice command system is barely adequate.
