I wouldn’t compare this FJ with any other model SUV the value comes from the longevity of the vehicle also only made from 2007 to 2014 other car is missing good gas mileage requires premium gas in today’s market??

The 2010 Toyota FJ, is one of the most reliable, best-built, and easily maintained utility vehicles ever made. Ignoring the questionable seat material quality, the rest of the vehicle was made specifically for folks with active lifestyles who want a trouble-free vehicle that can get them from one adventure to another with confidence.

What is there to say. This is a jeep, but if it were actually reliable. Toyota knew what they were doing here.

Fj Cruiser, You Will Be Missed! — I love my FJ cruiser! It took us all over country with out a complaint. Makes my photography job way more enjoyable. I get 20-21 mpg on my 2007 FJ with 34" tires, so thats not bad at all. I love the rear doors to just quickly grab my camera bag and go. Even with a kid not its not bad.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Best 4x4 I have owened.   Goes anywhere, love it.  Awesome resale!

Cons: Small gas tank.  20mpg only.

Best For My Usage. — It is used as transportation when not on Harley. It is also used extensively in my rural environment when nothing else can get through the mud and water. I have pulled bigger trucks out of the mud with little effort due to its low gearing, locking rear differential and 4 wheel traction control. It is more complicated to maintain, without the aftermarket options available for the Jeep. It's comfort on road and exceptional muddy off road capability.

Pros: It is on of the best off road vehicles, with excellent on road capabilities

Cons: maintenance seems designed to be difficult for the average user. Requires dealer intervention for many issues.

Best Affordable 4 Wheel Drive On Planet Earth. — The fuel tank is not big enough, it took a little getting use to the big mirrors on the doors because they sometimes leave a blind spot on the drivers side at intersections, and i hate the traction control, you can thank the government for that one.

Pros: Best 4x4 on the market in my opinion. Toyota has always been a good reliable company. Ive owned 4 FJ40s, 2FJ60s a couple of pickups, and this Cruiser. It has great power for a 4.0 v6, lots of room inside and very safe. The unit is very stable while driving in any conditions, I think they look very tough (because they are) very comfortable to drive even on long trips.

Cons: The only complaint I have on the FJ Cruiser is that the fuel tank is not big enough. Other then that its a perfect truck.
