Not A Bugati But Not A Pinto Either — I like the style, handlilng, room, towing capacity, controls, options and reliability. The ability to seat 7 comfortably is awesome, especially when toting around my kids and their friends. I dislike the gas mileage when towing (14mpg with 3500lbs), no navigation system or dvd, cost to replace alternator ($1200, which I replaced).

Pros: Reliable, stylish, towing capacity, fuel mileage is moderate, seating capacity.

Cons: long ride seat comfort (8 hours or more), no dvd, could get better gas mileage when towing.

We Love Our Traverse — Great vehicle for family of 4 or more, especially if have kids in sports and need to haul friends & team mates, equipment, etc.... Love the look and feel of the Traverse. AWD handles great in bad weather conditions. Great for Family Vacations, comfortable traveling long hours. Ability to carry everything you need to take with you.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: 8 passenger seating
Easy fold seats
Descent gas milage
Roomy interior
Great ride
AWD works great in wintery conditions

Cons: Small rear window
Backing up in tight areas a challenge

Still Like It Alot Even Though It's Not As Roomy As Our Old Venture — Performance is outstanding, have put about 9K miles on it and still solid and quiet. Wish mileage was a little better ( 21 mpg ) and wish it had a little more interior space. Have had 2 Venture minivans and loved them; they were perfect for hauling our show dogs and gear, Traverse just doesn't have the same interior volume. Like the fold down seats, don't have to pull out the back seats to haul cargo.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Is fun to drive and has good sight lines around it.

Cons: a little small on the inside

This Car Stinks. Don't Waste Your Money The Gm Guarntee Is Not A Good Deal Either !!!!! — Buying this car was a mistake. The seat belt broke the first week and was found defective, the transmission doesn't shift at times. The DVD player still doesn't work after being in for correction to the system 3 times now! Horrible car buying experience. Bad product and dealership was worse to deal with! GM not so good anymore.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Gas mileage better than Denali

Cons: Transmissions & DVD not working properly

Glad I Bought It — Haven't had the car long enough to give a through review, but so far it has been a very good vehicle. I have had several unsolicited positive comments from people that have seen it.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: looks good, nice radio, plenty of room, quiet

Cons: gas milleage has not reached what was advertised

Too Much For The Money. Gas Mileage Not Good. — I hate that the salesman lied about the LTZ being fully loaded (with everything he said). It did not have everything and I was not given many of the option choices that are avaiable. We have driven this car 500 miles and the gas mileage is only 14.5 (nearly all highway miles).

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Roomy, body style okay, back up camera

Cons: gas mileage

A Great Vehicle For A Large Family — We love this car, it is a real blessing to our family. It is roomy, convenient and efficient. It has looks and style and all the options. It doesn't cost a lot to operate, and has good cargo room. Even with 8 passengers seated, there is still room behind the third seat for a cooler or a good amount of luggage, or like we carry - 2 guitar cases and two amps, plus stands. The middle row seats also slide forward and backward to make more legroom for third row. If you can't tell, we love this car!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Lots of room, 8 passenger

Cons: none yet
