You can tell when you shut the door the Ford is not built near as solid as a Chevy or GMC. I do know people who strictly buy Fords because of the cheaper price. You get what you pay for - if you want a solid, quality, heavy duty truck for pulling that will last for years, then definitely a Chevy or GMC is the way to go. vs2009 GMC Sierra 3500HD

"Our family travels to a lot of rodeos pulling a 24 ft. 3 horse trailer with living quarters, 102 wide - our GMC comfortably seats our family of 4 plus another person if hauling their horse to same rodeo. 2 adults and 3 teenagers 17, & 2 19 year olds. My husband is 6 3, my son is 511, my daughter and her friend are 57 and Im 53 - so the boys sit in front and all 3 of us girls sit in the back and have plenty of room"

F350 Duty — It's awesome! Everything is great, surprisingly compared to my old F150 I get better fuel mileage. Leather interior is super comfortable and rides smooth like a car. Diesel engine has tons of power, even more once I get my chip. Appearance is beautiful and bad ass! Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) Pros: Everything Cons: Fuel Mileage |

Ford F-350 Cabela's Edition Is Awesome! — GREAT TRUCK! The Cabela's edition is awesome! The interior is multi colored, very spacious, and very comfortable. Has blue tooth technology for talking on cell phone. Like the looks of it but not as much as the 05-07 super duty trucks. The 5.4 engine may be a little under powered for a truck this size. Would probably opted for the V10 next time. Maybe the diesel if they can design a decent diesel that isn't in the shop all the time. Fuel economy isn't as nice as the diesel at 12 mpg. Anxious to see how it hauls the slide in truck camper. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) Pros: Big truck feel, cargo space Cons: 12 mpg, under powered |
