For Its Drive I Would Give It A 10/10 — Its acceleration is not urgent and as it goes around corners it glides rather then jurkes u in the derection and for £25000 its money well spent for it is a very fun car to drive and keep and i would say it is the best family car i own.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It has a smooth drive unlike any car i have been in.

Cons: I dont know why anyone would avoid it.

Volvo V50 2.0d Powershift — Nice ride, Powershift gearbox is the one and only you should choose in case you even thinking of Volvo. Performance is appropriate for a diesel and the torgue is ok. It's fun to drive and smooth like a new born's butt.

Pros: Great gearbox, good engine

Cons: a bit small

My Volvo V50 — My Volvo V50 is a smart sporty wagon with great comfort and nice styling, on the exterior as well as in the interior. It's very nimble on the road and turns into corners with precision and brio. The petrol five-cylinder has a nice character and runs smoothly and sounds great during acceleration. My only dislikes are high fuel consumption and NVH in the rear seat (but the later should have been improved since the update). There's also a great sounding audio system (Volvo's High Performance).

Pros: Styling, handling, comfort, touch and feel, friendly and elegant approach

Cons: Fuel consumption, road noise in the rear seat

Handsome And Hard Working By J. Taylor

Perfect balance between a hatch and a wagon. Sporty, yet sensible. Sleek, clean design inside and out. It is hard to look past the very intentional minimalism, but fortunately that is what makes this ... Read More

Most Fun Wagon I Ever Owned. By Kurtw

Volvo still makes a good car but sometimes it seems that style is the last thing they think about. The V50 Sportwagon breaks that stereotype. The car is well designed with sufficient room and yet it... Read More
