I drove a 2007 CR-V. and on a business trip, I got one of these as my rental. Good handling and a smoother ride, much more refined than my 03 model. Its a hatch back, which made it easier to load and unload compared to the 03, which opened to the right, making it difficult to load and unload from the curb.
Handling Ranked 2007 Dodge Caliber worse.
"The CR-V has a superior suspension system compared to the Caliber. The Caliber seemed like it would tip over in turns."
Would Buy Ranked 2007 Dodge Caliber worse.
"Better quality, comfort, and ride characteristics."

An Outstanding Car — I like how it tells you how many miles to the gallon you're getting as you are driving. The car has a lot of space in the front/back seats and the trunk. Its is very reliable and nice to have.

Pros: The car is outstanding because it is reliable, spacious, looks nice, great mpg, low maintenance cost, leather seats and sunroof.

Cons: There really are no cons. It is a great and affordable car.

Love This Car — The CR-V is a fantastic city / urban automobile. Great handling, very easy to drive and park on city streets, small enough to get good gas mileage yet big enough to drive to home depot and fill it up with everything you may need.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: ease of city driving, parking, gas mileage

    Cons: none

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fuel economy, leather interior, radio mp3 cd changeable, like new

Cons: A few scratches here or there.

Crv - Great Value For The Money — Very comfortable for a 6'5" man, lots of legroom in both front and back seats, huge cargo area and great MPG. With XM radio = fantastic for long, 1,000+ mile trips. I would recommend this car to anybody. Confirmed my belief in Honda.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Roominess for all sizes of people and cargo; very comfortable on long, long trips; very good gas mileage

Cons: After 6 years, the interior is starting to get worn

Has Been Good Overall — Overall good for commuting. Front seat leather is stiff Awd works well. Sun roof works fine. All the buttons within reach. Very well built a lot of cargo room. Fits daughters wheelchair without breaking down. Has over 43 inches of back clearance in hatch

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great on gas.  Handles well and comfortably for commuting.

Cons: Blind spot in front where front window and side window meet.  The side mirror has blind spots also.

Great Car. — Great car, reliable, comfortable, perfect size for me. Even the gas usage is reasonable which is 23-25 miles per gallon in the city and 26-29 miler per gallon on highways/freeways. Design is great, as an example - the small detail like the places for bottles are thought trough - all passengers have it.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: performance, reliability, comfort, size.

Cons: price, maintenance cost, fuel used.

Great Car With Great Mpg — We love this car for it's handling, style, and most importanly how to save on gas. Some say it is a little slow to move because it is a 4 cylinder but I still find it is nimbly enough to maneuver on the interstate. I love how to the doors open the full 90 degrees to get kids and carseats in and out of the back seat. We also have a large breed dog and the back hatch is not as angled as it is on some of those other small SUVs so he has more room than most. The interior looks great and our car is in Excellent condition.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: MPG, smooth ride, look, childseat friendly back seat and wide opening doors.

Cons: Smaller cargo area (when you compare with the larger vehicles) but still good storage space for most people. Our air compressor went out over the summer.
