The lack of tailgate and the metal knob in the middle of the truck bed is why I couldnt pull the trigger on it.

Head gaskets blow because of the oil cooler and EGR. To be reliable an updated oil cooler and EGR are need, a coolant filter and head studs. Or an egr delete with a custom tune along with studs and coolant filter. Cost around 8-10k to have someone do it all.

It has the power stroke 6.0L diesel engine which has a history of problems. Most issues are a result of the oil cooler becoming inefficient/clogged and subsequent issues being mis diagnosed. Seller agreed to replace the oil cooler, turbo, EGR cooler and valve and do a coolant system flush. The vehicle has less than 100,000 miles. I liked it enough to buy it with the upgrades to the 6.0L

Powerful, Economical For A Full Size Truck — great power and acceleration, clean interior in great condition, gooseneck hitch and class IV hitch, many new and upgraded engine parts, high pressure oil pump, front stabilizer, new brakes, batteries and alternator, highway miles. this truck has had all scheduled maintenance

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: this truck pulls like a locomotive

Cons: it is huge, parking lots can be small for it

Great Heavy Duty Work Truck — Love the look and the capabilities of this truck. It has the beefed up suspention so it can handle just about anything you put behind it and you don't know it's there. But when you're not pulling you feel more of those bumps in the road then (my wife) would like, she has had back surgery and well she likes a smoth ride. Thats my only complaint. Love this truck!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: BUILT TOUGH, PULLS WELL

Cons: RIDES ROUGH WHEN NOT PULLING A LOAD.

No Complaints — the performance on this truck is great. handles good and has more than enough power. have not had anything break or any problem whatsoever. interior and exterior are both in great shape. gas mileage is poor but its the price you pay for having it.

Pros: power, looks great

Cons: gas mileage

Excellent — This truck has a few more miles on it than you would expect for a 2007, but it looks brand new. It is awesome! Happy
