The Judge Is Still Out On This One? — I like the suv but overall I have noticed more and more defects in parts that are too new to break down. All of the parts have become expensive and some hard to find. I personally have seen better value in other brands.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Dependable car with problems. Good power and acceleration. Stereo is good. I have had no drivetrain issues just minor maintenance.

Cons: Ac blower design keeps motor brushes from being able to wear down to the normal life of the brushes causing blower to stop working. If you buy a new one $3-400. Faulty headlights/circuitry for high and low beam. Sensor issues including brake light on dash, esp light on, door open light.
Oil pan is made out of aluminum so if you overtighten the drain plug well your out $$$$.
Dealerships are scarce and parts are expensive.

A Black Suzuki Grand Vitara 2006 Premium 4wd — I love my car's appearance mainly due to its headlights because I'm the kind of girl who is really into the cat eye kind of look with headlights. My car's performance is in really good shape; it has a V6 engine with very good handling and the brakes work extremely well. The build quality of my car is pretty excellent except for the air conditioning. Upon starting my car, the air conditioning starts off with a temporary odd smell that isn't exactly enjoyable. The cost of ownership isn't really to bad except for gas but that's only due to gas prices today. You just gotta be smart about how much you drive and where you drive to and all that jazz. As for the fun factor, my car is fun to drive and yes I would recommend my car to a friend.

Pros: Pretty much everything.

Cons: Just sthe air conditioning's temporary bad smell.

Great For Guys And Girls. — It was supposed to be mine but it was red and girly. It has great handling, but doesnt have much base horsepower. Its more offroad than most suvs of its class. 4-mode full time 4wd system. Its loaded with amazing features you would find in more expensive luxury cars. The only diffrence from stock and luxury models is the leather seats, sunroof, wheelcover, and privacy glass, everything else is standard. Fully loaded cost us $25,000 and base is at around $20,000.

Pros: Stock features

Cons: Horse power

Safe Well Made Suv. — Overall an excellent suv for my wife, easy to manuver, safe on South Florida roads! Anti slip 4 wheel at the touch of a button! Even I can do it! Japanese built for long life! Great on Gas! I can not ask for more.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very Reliable Car, Firm but confortable!  Great for off road!
Safe on slippery roads! Luxurious. Keep your keys in Purse, no need for them!!!
Love the fact that it has side air bags!  and a good safety rating!

Cons: Spare tire in rear door, although a safety point, I would much prefer not to have it. On a high note, it makes changing your tires a lot easier than crawling under car.
