Very Reliable, Fun To Drive And Versatile — The Santa Fe is a good-looking and versatile vehicle due to off-road height, curvaeous design and storage capacity, including a roof rack. The stereo system is excellent. The sun roof opens completely or partially. The steering and braking are excellent. Insurance costs are low as well.

Pros: Handling, plenty of seating and cargo space. Much better under carriage clearance than a car but smaller and better on gas than a van. Driver has better visibility and control due to higher seating position.

    Cons: Gas mileage

A Step In The Right Direction For Hyundai! — Great car with lots of neat comfort and convenience items. The brakes are not the most reliable tho. Beware! Had two accidents relating to brake lock up. Otherwise a really fun, comfortable, perky vehicle. V6 not too gas friendly however...:)

    Pros: Comfort and price

    Cons: Braking system

The Santa Fe — this car has balls. this car will jerk your head back off of teh starting line or a red light because of the HUGE v6 this thing has. the build quality is great, it drives well, the ride is extremely quiet, and everything looks great. interier, outside, styling is 100%. this car is great for getaways and storage and cargo room. this is a rugged little machine.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

    Pros: Everything

    Cons: NONE

It has preatty good gas milage considering it is a SUV. Can carry everything you need plus five people.

    Pros: I love the curves

The Car Is Great , The Dealership Is Rotten! — She became a gas guzzler a few months after I got her, and the dealership won't do anything about it to help. Other then that, she is great, I love her!!! no other problems.

    Pros: Crappy service

Cons: Over 100000 km's and no probs!

See To Believe! — I bought this car for my wife brand new in 2006. She loved it. She took my 1997 Mercury Cougar in the divorce. It has brand new Michelin tires (less than 1 year old). The windows on the back are tinted a limo tint. The front windows are as dark as Texas law permits. The oil has been changed every 3000 miles, with Mobil 1 full synthetic. Last oil change, you would swear that the oil has just been poured out of the can. It was that clean. This SUV get 24 MPG on the highway ~ I contribute this to the K&N air filter that I put in it along with the very clean oil. Fully transferrable 10 year 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. I, as a single man, want something a little more sporty.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: This SUV has more power than you would expect. It will spin the tires.

Cons: I have not found any.
