The LS is the lower of the two main TrailBlazer trim levels, but both can be equipped with the higher performance SS package. The LS comes standard with aluminum wheels, dual-zone manual air conditioning, cruise control, OnStar, a CD player and full power accessories.
The TrailBlazer is powered by a 4.2-liter inline six, generating 291 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. An optional 5.3-liter V8 is also available, which adds nine horsepower while bumping torque up to 330 pound-feet. Six-cylinder versions max out at 6,200 pounds, while V8 models can tow up to 6,800 pounds.

The LT is the upper of the two main TrailBlazer trim levels, but both can be equipped with the higher performance SS package. LT models add a power driver seat, a premium cloth upholstery and keyless entry to the LS's basic standard equipment package. Exterior upgrades include fog lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels, verses the 16-inch wheels on the LS.
The Trailblazer is powered by a 4.2-liter inline six, which supplies 291 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. An optional 5.3-liter V8 is also available, bumping horsepower up to 300 and torque to 330 pound-feet. Six-cylinder versions max out at 6,200 pounds, while V8 models can tow up to 6,800 pounds.
TrailBlazer options include leather upholstery, a sunroof, a rear-seat DVD entertainment system, a navigation system and a premium Bose sound system with an in-dash CD changer and satellite radio.
