My 2004 Saturn Vue Is Awesome!! — Overall, there's really nothing I don't like about my 2004 Saturn Vue. I especially like how my car has quick pick up from a stopped position at a red light to a green light. No hesition. If someone asked me one thing I could change on my Saturn I would say place the clutch and brake pedal a bit further from each other. .

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: My 2004 Saturn Vue is the best car I've ever owned. It's reliable. Extremely comfortable front seats. No blind spots!

Cons: The check engine light is always on, due to a gas cap issue. Purchased a new gas cap, long time, ago. The problem still persists. I'm used to seeing the check engine light on for years, now.

A Good Little Commuter To Work — A good little suv for in town riding maybe a little dirt rode riding but any off reading is out of the question better off walking or u wish u did after bouncing around in the cab for a while

Pros: Very reliable

Cons: Seems the lack of power is my main then ride of suspension

Great Car That Puts The Utility In Suv! — The functionality of the AWD V6 Saturn Vue is nothing short of amazing. It gives the versatility of an AWD utility vehicle without the over-the-top size that makes you feel as though you are driving a mini school bus (lol). The Saturn brand holds a special place in the heart of several customers though its no longer around, but the viability of General Motors puts the mind at ease about obtaining parts for it. All in all, the Saturn provides a lot for the money particularly if you want to spend less than $10k.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Excellent space and easy to maintain.

Cons: The fuel economy on the V6 AWD drops to the 20s on the highway.

All Purpose Compact Suv — The 2004 six cylinder Saturn Vue All Wheel Drive is a joy to drive. Its a wonderful car with pleasant touches. AWD feature is great during times of inclement weather. The utility of the Saturn Vue is probably its best feature combined with its gas mileage.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great miles and utility!

Cons: None.

Okay Small Suv — The 2004 Saturn VUE is a car with a lot of potential. Unfortunately it does not live up to that potential. The acceleration and handling are very good thanks to the CVT transmission, which was new only to the 2004 model. You don't get the hurky jerky shifting when you push down on the pedal, just responsive, smooth acceleration. HOWEVER, should the transmission fail (mine did....twice) good luck finding a replacement. Ultimately it is an okay car if it holds up. There are other cars in its class that have better records.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Good smooth acceleration. Handles well. Decent fuel economy

Cons: Transmission is not good. CVT which is difficult to find and replace.

Average Suv Nothing Great But Not The Worst — It is what I would call a very average car. It's not flashy or anything, butr it gets me from point A to Point B. Gas mileage is par. Hardly much room if you wanna bring the family and it has power issues from time to time.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun for outing with a few freinds.

Cons: Not much room and loss of power problems.

Awesome Hidden Gem — The Redline Vue has a Honda engine and transmission, with a handful of great other features this is a great find. Plastic doors, panels and other body parts make it fairly impervious to dings, dents and other normal parking wear and tear. The engine is a great one for this size of car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great, durable vehicle. Fast and AWD give it a nice combination control and fun.

Cons: End of the day its a saturn and people dont always love having a car that is no longer manufactured.

Silver Streak — I like this car because it has a great engine and descent power. It is a redline edition which has a slightly lowered suspension and sportier more aggressive look than a traditional Vue. It has been the most trouble free car I've owned yet.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Solid car that still turn heads while in traffic----has great balance of power, weight, and utility.

Cons: The interior door panels
