Super Fun To Drive. — A good old fashioned SUV that handles any weather or terrain you can throw at it. The LE Platinum has all of the creature comforts of the era, including leather seats and 6 disc changer. Lack of modern infotainment, reverse camera, etc. only enhance the fun factor of this Pathfinder. A rare blend of tough and classy.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Still looks great, considering it's a relatively ancient design.  Climbs with ease and when cleaned up is appropriate for a night out.  Like a mountain goat in a tuxedo.

Cons: Gas mileage doesn't hold a candle to modern CUV's, but on par with it's contemporaries.  Also, the backseat has very limited legroom.

Great Vehicle! — Great vehicle! It looks better than most new SUVs on the road today and it has great handling. I never had any doubts that it won't get me and my family from point A to point B. That includes off paved roads! It's a very solid and reliable vehicle. Yes, sometimes I wish it was bigger and had more power accelerating, but overall, I'm very happy with it. Mine has every option imaginable (Platinum edition) making it even more of an enjoyable ownership experience.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Feels solid and has never gotten me stuck off road or in bad weather. I feel very confident when driving it I'll always get to my destination.

Cons: Wish the back seats were bigger and more power when accelerating.

Best Car I Have Ever Owned. — One of the most maintenance free cars I have ever owned. You won't be disappointed with this car. Plenty of room, plenty of power in this 240hp 3.5cc engine. The fun factor is there for getting to the outdoors. It is a beautiful car as well.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Most maintenance free car ever.

Cons: Kind of a tough ride, but it is a SUV.

Great Choice — Nissan is a great company and this car has had absolutely no problems since we got it in 2004. If it we my own car i would of gotten something more sporty like a prelude, but the brakes and handling are very good.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: How it never has any problems

Cons: its kinda hard to park

Almost A Monster Truck! — Nice driving, not good gas consumption. It jumps a little bit... but it is OK. Interiors are OK. Cost is relative high mostly because of the gas consumption. Is it fun to drive? hell yeah! high power, stamina, and level.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: nice driving, high power

Cons: gas consumption

Numbero Tres — Got the Pathfinder when my VW fell apart. It was an okay vehicle. Rode well, V6 power a little on the weak side, and it felt heavy, brakes had a hard time stopping it, actually got in an accident because of it.

Pros: Nice interior, BOSE sound, wheels and body matched nicely

Cons: Weak V6, brakes could not stop, bad gas mileage for V6
