Overall It Was Good Car, Started Everytime (even After It Threw A Rod) And Handled Snow Well — I really like this car. It's held up pretty good for a 10+ year old car. It has some minor issues but what car doesn't? Pretty spacious for a 2 dr and it has some decent trunk space. Good car all together.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Real good fuel economy low maintenance cost, these things are all over the junkyards so parts are easy to come by

Cons: The 3400 motor didn't last long but for the most part pretty reliable car

Great For Anything — Great car all the way around. Tons of power coming out of the V6. Excellent on gas and comfortable for the whole family. Tons of room to pack away everything in the trunk. I would recommend this car to anyone!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Just about  everything

Cons: Electrical problems  that nobody seems to know much about

My Daily, Fun To Drive, Nice Looking, Work Car. — There is not much to dislike about this car except the fact that its getting high mileage but thats just because its fun to drive and gets very good gas mileage. It has been out go to car for vacations, go to work, or just run around town.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Has been a real realible car for the 7 years I've owned it.

Cons: Sometimes hard to get in and out of back seat.

Dream Car — I look great driving it and it makes a lot of heads turn. It is super loaded with options. The stereo system is the loudest stock system I've ever heard. I would get another one in a heart beat. Love it!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Looks Awesome! Heated seats, tons of controls, limited edition.

Cons: Hard to find used parts. Cost of tires.

They Made It Work For Nascar, Why Not Us? — I have loved Monte Carlos since they 1st appeared as the 70's monsters. Lost my love during their identity crisis, especially in the early 80's. Then this 6th gen my folks bought, to my surprise, won me back. I just live in this fantasy world of rumble and roar, hoping that smoke will once again bellow from those rear wheels allowing me to do a proper burnout.....

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Good styling, large trunk, great stereo. Sunroof is a nice touch. 3800 engine has always been a reliable performer.

Cons: Sure would have liked a V8.... but that's just me. Heck, it has dual exhaust, spoiler, the styling, just 1 more little step and voila.... done.
