I wound up purchasing the truck. It was low mileage and the important parts (engine, transmission) were good. Cosmetically it needs work but that year and model make it easy to find parts for on budget. The only other issues were what you would expect from a vehicle of that age.

S10 — Breaking was quick, vision was good (small blind spot areas), the manual transmission was fun to drive. Great gas milage for a 4WD vehicle. Had a bed liner for hauling whatever you want to, and had jumper seats for a few extra passengers.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: 4WD, bed liner, new transmission and clutch, new fuel pump, new clutch peddal assembly, new shocks, manual transmission.

Cons: No tow package.

Laughable — 2.2 liter engine, extreamly good MPG considering they said 20 on highway an got 32mpg with an auto. no power to pull anything with the 2.2 needed the 4.3 but that was 350 more per monthly lease payment. buy a real truck not a kids pedal car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: MPG highway

Cons: Lack of power to toe anything.

Very Nice. Great Value For The Money. Strong Truck. — This truck will take you anywhere and even through any kind of mud or water. It's very dependable and I would drive this truck anywhere. It's roomy to be a smaller truck and is very appealing and stylish to the eye.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Dependable truck.

Cons: Not very family oriented although has two small back seats for children.

Taken Off The Road — I do like the truck as a yard truck. I am able to pull trees with dual 6" truns out of the ground by the roots. I will probably put a plow on it & use it for my private road.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: This one was beat beyond beat. It was an Encon vehicle. Neede alot of initial tlc.

Cons: Cannot clear ABS light. Cannot clear check engine light
