Love Porsche — Great car, enjoy taking it out on the road. Drives smooth, comfortable and real light on gas. Interior very relaxing, excellent all round appeal. Holds the road well and a pleasure to drive on long or short drives, turns heads wherever it goes for sure.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Best sportscar I've owned

Cons: none

Awesome — i can throw this Boxster into a corner and comfortably slide through it at 40 mph. the mid-engine makes it easy and i fell comfortable doing so. I'm 6'3" and i fit, better with the top down; which is the best and only way to drive it (unless it is raining).

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: the front and back trunks are better than a 911

Cons: seats are worn

Greatest Convertible Starter Porsche — love the motor and handle. a great way to get started with the world's best sports car...until you can afford a 911. easier to slide into corners with the mid-engine. everyone looks. hard but it's possible for a 6 foot guy to get in

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: fun and easy to drive...hard into corners

Cons: not a 911

One Of The Best Sports Cars For The Money — Best first Porsche. Suitable for everybody from beginner to expert drivers. The chassis is stiff for a convertible. Inexpensive to operate both on fuel and maintenance and repairs. Styling is excellent compliment to efficient design. Plenty of storage because of the 2 trunks.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Super reliable and balanced car.  Excellent gas mileage, neutral handling.

Cons: could have more power

Just A Great Sports Car — Just a great car to drive. It handles like a dream and just around 5,000 rpm it sounds amazing. You shouldn't worry too much about the cost because the fun you get out of it makes it all worth it.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Handling

Cons: Nothing

Title In Hand — Handles the road very well, has all the bells and whistles, and very fast. Just getting old and don't need the speed. Easy to install the hard top. Takes 2 to place the top on. Come out and see it and take it for a ride

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun in the summer, let the top down and go

Cons: Not a family car, 2 seats comfortable

I Love This Car. — It is a truely fun car. I can use it open top and close top. In California everyone should own a convertible. I bought this car to turn in for the Spec Boxster race. And I decided to keep this as a street since the condition of the car is really nice. I used it for commuting to work, autocrossing with Porsche club, and doing Driver Ed (DE) at the big track. It is an excellent multi-function fun car. Since I bought another Boxster for track, this car is back to the street trim. And enjoying it for the tours on the California back country road with fellow Porsche owners in the weekends.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun for street, autocross, and track

Cons: none

Unpretentious Good Reliable Fun Sports Car: Porsche's Miata — This is Porsche's version of a Miata. Solid, responsive, fun to drive, makes you look forward to driving to work. Easily used as a daily driver with a remarkable amount of storage space between the front and rear trunks --which will easily accommodate golf clubs. This car is not driven for its speed (which is actually quite good)but for it's handling ability. Handles well in the rain but you live for those sunny top down days. Gas mileage is good and maintenance costs are less than the other Porsches. All Porsches seem to have their various vintage and model related idiosyncracies but none detract from the pleasure and quality of the Boxster. Of the four Porsches I have owned, the Boxster is THE BEST PORSCHE of all because it remains a wind-in-your-hair SPORTS CAR.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: A BLAST TO DRIVE EVERY DAY EVERY WHERE

Cons: NONE

Klepps Porsche Boxster — The car was kitted out with side skirts, spoiler, and front bumper. Even with the lowest displacement 2.5L 201HP engine it was pretty quick, but the car excelled in handling. I would ramp it at ridiculous speeds and because it was so short, cut through traffic with ease. The sound of the exhaust was beautifully harmonious; heaven to my ears flying up the gears especially with the top down. Cost of ownership was high: an oil change was $300 and brakes front and back were $890 and $880. However, I sold it for $1500 less than I bought it for 3 years and 20,000 kms later, so it was well worth it!!

Pros: It's German

Cons: Repair costs
