97' Chevy S10 — Work truck, daily driver. I have had to put some money into this truck but I love to drive it. I put a new clutch in and reservoir this summer. Past owner let it just keep leaking and it finally ate the dust. Newer electrical work, breaks and basics to get it running good.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great get up and go for the Vortec engine.  It's a manual, which I love to drive, and it's a long bed which is rare and I can fit tons of stuff in it.

Cons: Nothing.

There Is A Lot Of Things Better, But This Is Still Great For The Price — great and comfortable driving car. has almost no blind spots and goes where you want it with no problem. its not very fast at all and takes a bit to get up to speed but ince you get there it glides nice to save gas. once you hit any speed itll stay there with your foot off the gas(ofcourse if the road is flat). i really cant complain about it. its great for utility, not for passengers, but it works and its reliable. great mileage.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: economy/affordability/gas mileage, utility. easy to drive, great view. great control

Cons: limit to 1 passenger, 2 passengers is very uncomfortable. kind of slow

Fun — Great little truck to fix up. Good gas mileage (if you drive it like a grannie) i've spent more money on cosmetics than mechanical repairs since i have owned it(10 years) The rear wheel drive is nice but wish it had a locked rear end

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: power mods are numerous

Cons: not a family vehicle

I Enjoyed It, I Liked That Truck — A V-6 engine on a really light frame gave this truck some real get up and go. The cargo space was really light especially if it was raining since it wasn't an extended cab, so if you have one hopefully your passenger won't mind stuff on the lap. Must be a popular vehicle since mine was stolen.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: good performance, your friends who are moving will love you

Cons: you need to load up the truck bed in winter to make sure it has enough weight

If You Want A Little Truck For Light Loads This Is Your Truck. — It is a ok truck for just light jobs, it wont seat many, COMFORTABLY. It ran great cant get a better runnin truck, it not very pretty it dont look like a real truck. It isnt fun to drive. It had great gas milage though.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It could haul little loads, and drove great.

Cons: IT AINT A REAL TRUCK!! BUT BETTER THAN A FORD!!

Could Definitely Have More Power But None The Less, A Good Vehicle. — I wish it had a larger, more aggressive, powerful engine. Right now it has a stock 2.2L four cylinder. If I ever win big in the lottery, or come in to a reasonably large sum of money, I'd like to put a small block Chevy V8 in that puppy. Another issue to be addressed is the rear fender and cab corner rust. That truck is still fun to drive, when I know no cops are looking, and rides fairly smooth for a lowered S-10.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's one of the smallest trucks you can find and it's a stick shift.

Cons: If you can't drive stick.

Off Road Is A Blast In The Truck — I am able to take this truck off roading and not have to worry about scratching it up. It is a bit bad on gas but worth it. The truck is fun to drive because it speeds up quick and sounds good due to the exhaust i put on it.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Sounds big-n-mean

Cons: bed is rotted out
