Premium Gas Recommend
On my dash it says "premium gas recommend" does that mean I have to use 91/92 octane gas or can I use 89/90 octane gas?

RELIABILITY, Acceleration, Comfort, Looks, and great Highway mpg.
Lousy City mpg but any V8 is the same. Will stand against ANY German make I feel of the similar year. Amazing V8 Dual Overhead Cam for GM and I'm guessing it was a spinoff of the OHC that Lotus helped Chevy make for Corvette and rock solid 4 speed Transmission with Sport mode selection. The car actually handles well for a cruiser and gets about 26 mpg on trips. Needs bigger tires/wheels with Air Suspension if I had my way. I ONLY have replaced water pump, Fuel System Regulator and had radiator fixed once.
I just don't understand why its so poorly held its value since the Chevy Malibu of the same year is still 10K. Probably FWD.Nov 16, 2014

performance, torque steer is manageable
build quality, did have to fix wiring between frame and drivers door.
appearance, great sheet metal with awesome aerodynamics, and fully loaded black leather interior with power seats, heated with lumbar, heated mirrors, tinted rearview mirror,
fun factor, is a ten, big heavy car with a ride as comfy as a caddy, but with the balls that it will smoke a civic any day of the weekJan 27, 2012

I love this car! I have owned it for 2 years,
and have only had to work on it once which was
the radiator (but that doesn't mean I haven't
worked on it more!) i have done many things to
my car, and I love it because it's a V8 that
can get 30 mpg on the highway, but still light
up pretty much all of the little ricers that
pull up beside me...it also rides like a luxury

I'll admit it wouldn't be my first choice of car, but it has served me well. it's got a lot of room and handles well for what it is. The styling isn't bad, although a different tail would be nice. The V8 certainly doesn't boast excellent fuel effiency, but it gives it a decent amount of HP to play with. Overall, not a bad car at all.Jan 01, 2008

Door indicator lights not working on Olds Aurora 1996
I had to replace my battery. After that, all the indicator lights on the dash and doors and gearshift stopped working. I had a fuse replaced, which fixed the dash lights, but not the door or gearshift lights. My repair shop said they would need to take the doors off and maybe the LED lights all got blown. Does this make sense - or is it potentially something simple?
