It's Annoying Gearbox But Very Useful — obviously 0-60 in about 13.6 secs the brakes are astonishing and the handling good. the gearbox keeps on and on breaking exterior is white where interior im not sure roughly £1,000 a year just with gearboxes it is really fun.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: your allowed to go through floods other cars cant

Cons: gearbox-just gearbox

Petrol Is For Burning. — Build Quality: Shes a goer, they do have that reputation Car Comparisons: Jeep cherokee, this one had the price factor right, and was a better vehicle for the money than the cherokee.

Very Good Car — love this car, comfortable, reliable, slow on acceleration, good handling, usual land rover rattles, fun to drive long distances no aches or pains, cheap to repair, can get 7 people in, would'nt own a different make of car, beats other 4x4s

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: reliabillity

Cons: rusts quicker than you can repair it

Cant Say Much — You can never go wrong, Performance is excellent though acceleration is a bit disappointing, breaking system and handling is perfect. It very good when its comes to fuel consumption and both the interior and exterior is nice. maintenance is expensive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: its powerfull

Cons: Expensive to mantain

Gets The Thumbs Up From Me, But Others Would Hate The Maintenance. — It's great off-road (which is what I bought it for) and not too bad on road. Parts are cheaper than Japanese equivalents, but need replacing more often. Comfort isn't bad at all and the view of the road is great - it also swallows a lot of gear in the back. The V8 petrol engine is super smooth and the auto transmission is fabulous. It's fun to drive anywhere, with the emphasis on ANYWHERE, but compared to my previous cars and bikes the handling is woefull, but not bad for a 4x4 on tarmac.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Gets you from A to B as the crow flies.

Cons: You need to be a mechanic like me to keep it on the road.

Land Rover Discovery — Best all terrain vehicle in the world with excellant build quality and lots of cheap parts if needed. Doesnt cost much on todays road tax as it is diesel. Costs a bit on fuel but what car doesnt nowadays! As much fun as you ever want off road with it being the best off road vehicle you can get. Thats gotta be fun!

Pros: Everything

Cons: there arent any

First Car One Of The Best — My parents let me use this car for everyday activities, and it's just great. Well over 100,000 miles and it's just like new. It does cost a bit more for gas, but with a manual, I can get 14 mpg on the road, and 20 on the highway. It's a great car for hauling gear, and it's very solid on the road: no feeling of tipping. It's not a sports car, but it is a joy to drive. A great British vehicle.

Pros: Drivability, durability

Cons: Gas-eater
