Good Car — No dislikes. Owned it since day 1 which is just under 22 years. Well, since the caption in Red at the bottom of the page stated "Hoping for 27 more words" I'll add that every time a part wore out, I tried to get the most advanced part made for the car. Lots of upgrades

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Good car, very reliable, and a lot of interior room.  Gets an honest 27 mpg on trips to Las Vegas.

Cons: The 4.6l engine doesn't have a lot of power when the car is fully loaded and going up Mountain Pass and Halloran Pass on the way to Vegas.  Of course the smaller 4.6l V8 helps the car get the gas mileage it does.

By Far The Best Car I've Ever Owned. — I've loved this car and have taken good care of it. It was used and abused previously but I do my best to keep it looking good and running the same. Too bad cars rust out like they do. I'll always have my 1st picture though.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: I love everything about my car in regards to what it's supposed to have.

Cons: Rust. Original parts are tough to find.

Who's Gonna Complain? — my brother gave me this thing. Has good power and average handling. can get squirrel -ly when the roads wet with avg tires on. good in snow! Not much else to say, adequate transportation for me @ 3000 miles a year.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: was free

Cons: p/s pump leak, c/arm bushings shot, clear coat peeling severely!

Gas Hog — even given the gas hog title, a fairly comfortable long trip and plenty of power and handling to handle the 1200 foot ascent to the mountains where i call home. definitely a contender if you are running late, it'll move some miles!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: power aplenty with police interceptor package

Cons: fuel mileage

The Venerable Ford Crown Victoria — North American built. Sturdy and reliable vehicle. Drives and handles very well especially on well maintained interstate highways. Fuel comsumption not so good in stop and go city driving which I am able to avoid. Cruiser with plenty of power.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great ride on highway with good fuel economy. Very reliable.

Cons: Position of small buttons for horn on steering wheel. Rear view mirroir too low in window.

This Is Another Ford Built To Last — my crown vic the big body style is sexy its a comfortable inside and the air ride is great and handles the road.acceleration is good.could be better.but its a heavy as hell.its a 4.6L v8 over the years the paint had faded and the rust attacked under the door molding.and fenders and quater panels.and of course sum wear and tear parts had been replaced.ive never had any serious problems it starts in the dead of winter.and mean buried under the snow in my drive way. i love my car so much.that i had restored the body back to new, have stright pipes and a new two tone pearl color with flakes, rims.now its in my garage stored for the next car season

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: its areliable car

Cons: there is recall on speed control   under hood fire

Just Like A Undercover Cop — This car was fast and handling was great.I could beat most older v8s.Car needed brakes and only put me on the side of the road once so pretty realable car.The appeaance of the car looked as if it were a undercover cop car and looked great and exterior was warn but in pretty good shape.Gas was alright and at about 21-22 mpg and very cheap on insurance. All in all and fun fast car to drive

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: very fast and looks great

Cons: likes to suck up gas

Got A Good Price Drove It For A Year And Sold It For 300 Less Than I Got It For — well mine was a chief cop car wasn't bad on gas but put your foot down and your going for a ride. 2nd gear let out at 80mph. handled great never spun out and it had a nice back seat lol.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: need a big car with something nice under the hood

Cons: being a cop car had alot more hours on the motor than miles

Its The Last Of Its Kind. — It may look old but it rides smoother than most of those modern econo box junk things. I am also amazed by how well it does considering the abuse i give it. Its final selling point, rear wheel drive, try it some time, you wont go back.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: smooth quiet ride.

Cons: If your one of those liberal people.
