this car is very quick and well handleing the auto adjustable suspension makes a noticeable change to handleing. the 3.8l supercharged v6 makes for a perfect mix of performance and economy making about 27 canadian mpg (imperial gallons are bigger than us gallons) with a 0-60 mph time of about 6.5 seconds.Jan 17, 2013

Performance- Accelerates awesome thanks to the supercharger, not the best braking, handling is something that comes with drivin the car for a while.
Build Quality- Very little work has ever needed to be done only the usual up keep of a vechicle, very reliable.
Apperance- Outside is not the most attractive car but I love it and interior is awesome comfortable, 6 way power seats, cruise, a/c, all the goods for that year.
Cost of Ownership- Gas can be pricey takes supreme gas only, very little maintence cost, might rack up the speeding tickets tho lol, and go through few sets of rear tires.
Fun Factor- The car is very fun to drive I guess thats why we will never part with it.Apr 26, 2011

5 Speed V6 Supercharged ... One rare cat running the road . I love driving this .. Has great power and ride control..ride nice and runs just as good..Dont think I would trade this car..Depending on what the trade was.Apr 27, 2010

This vehicle was very nice. Extremely roomy. Performance was not amazing but it moved quick enough when needed. I was able to fix most of the stuff by myself. Except some of the computer stuff. This car was rea fun to drive, until I wrecked it.Aug 17, 2009

the mercury cougar is an amzingly smooth riding solid car. i have it slammed with 17's and a nice michelin tire capable of some serious on ramp speeds. seeing how i got the car for free it has treated me very wellJul 03, 2009
