It's The Real M3! — Great fun to drive at the limit. Fun to toss around and steer with both ends! Fast for it's time and holds it's own even with many cars much newer. Bred for racing and licensed for the street. It just doesn't get much better than that.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great handling and a blast to drive on the edge.

Cons: Noisy, and a bit harsh. Not known for it's creature comforts.

Great Car :d — My BMW is really great. I bought about a two years ago, it was tuned, with new rims, new exhausts, new pait.... It has 230 bhp, with serious acceleration (about 5 sec) and max speed about 240 km/h.... Great car....:D

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Look, acceleration, speed....

Cons: Nothing

1990 BMW M3 Coupe RWDReview

The Marvelouse E30 M3 — This is a real drivers' car. It was originally designed as a race car using Bmw's F1 engine then homogenized into a street vehicle. It was produced from 1988-91. About 750 per year were sent to the U.S. It's not the fastest car I've driven, but it is one of the most enjoyable. E30 M3s come with marvelous engines (2.3l inline four with individual throttles per cylinder and revs up to 8k), fantastic handling and braking, and look pretty aggressive. It is an old car so for sure there was and still is plenty to repair, but what do you expect for a nearly 20 year old car. You can definitely tell this was originally designed as a race car, but it still has that BMW comfort, ingenuity, and refined feeling that they are well known for. MPG isn't bad. Highway I see about 25 and city is high teens low 20s. If you love to drive, can do your own work (or can afford to have some one do it!), and want to own a piece of automotive history, I would definitely recommend this car.....If you can find one!

Pros: Great car all around

Cons: Hard to find, and have seen the wears of time.
